To schedule an intake appointment, please call 925.588.9588. Therapy sessions are 50 minutes.
Please note: I hold the privacy of mental health to the highest standards. Therefore, I choose to communicate through telephone only. My business practices do not include texting or email.
Insurance
I am a provider of Solano County Partnership Plan through Beacon Strategies.
All other services are considered fee for services and are payable at the time of service. I accept cash, or check, fees are due at the time of service.
For clients with a PPO insurance plan or who have an established HSA, I provide a monthly billing statement which you submit to your insurance company or HSA for reimbursement. It is important to check with your insurance company first to determine if your plan covers out of network services.
I do have a limited number of spots for an adjusted fee for clients in need. If your circumstances require an adjusted fee, please feel free to discuss with me
Payment
Payment is due the day of your appointment. I accept cash or check.
GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE
As part of the “No Surprises Act” (2022), healthcare providers are required to offer uninsured/self-pay patients a Good Faith Estimate of anticipated costs when inquiring about services or prior to scheduling a service.
I will provide this estimate at the time of inquiry for services, or when we schedule an initial appointment.
Cancellation Policy
My cancellation policy requires 24 hours notice prior to your appointment or the full fee is required.
