Covid-19 In-Office Session Agreement

Business Practices

Therapist agrees to use hand washing often and sanitize.

Therapist agrees to wear a cloth or surgical face covering during therapy sessions and while entering the building.

Therapist has available for clients disposable face masks and disinfectant wipes.

Therapist agrees to intensified cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces and door knobs inside the office.

Therapy sessions are scheduled with 30 minutes-in-between sessions and windows are open for ventilation purposes.

Social distancing in the office: Sitting the recommended 6 feet apart.

Regularly communicate and monitor Covid-19 developments in which office sessions will be temporarily stopped if necessary.

The use of the waiting room is temporally off limits. Please arrive on time for your session and step directly into the therapy room.

Client Practices

Client agrees not to come to session if they are sick.

If you have a fever, a cough, or, if someone in your home has tested positive for Covid-19, you will contact your therapist to discuss telehealth sessions as an option.

Client agrees to promote healthy hygiene practices such as hand washing, sanitizing and wearing a face covering when entering the building and while inside the office.

Regularly communicate and monitor Covid-19 protections and developments in which office sessions will be temporarily stopped if necessary.

Project Impact | Youth Suicide Prevention

Each year 4,600 adolescent lives full of unlimited possibility are lost to suicide in the United States. Suicide was the second leading cause of death among American adolescents in 2016. In a recent national survey, 1 in 15 students reported considering suicide and 13% indicated creating a plan. These statistics are even more staggering for marginalized youth (2016 CDC WISQARS. There is a pressing need for more resources, more love, and more support for our future generation.

Their dedication to the prevention of youth suicide through educational and awareness programs that equip young people, educators, youth workers and parents with the tools and resources to help identify and assist at-risk youth.
